Approximate Voronoi Diagram (AVD) with adaptive Voronoi cell boundaries

Approximate Voronoi Diagram (AVD) generated by an adaptive resolution material point method.
The AVD is defined over a refined quadtree mesh. Each element within the mesh utilises the same AVD subcell
resolution. Thus every material point has the same approximate resolution w.r.t. to each Voronoi cell.
