    12:15 - 13:00 - Lunch on Lavertezzo river
    13:00 - 14:30 - stop 2
    14:30 - 14:45 - travel to "James Bond" dam
    14:45 - 15:30 - stop 3
    15:30 - 16:15 - travel to Bellinzona
    16:15 - 17:00 - stop 4
    17:00... Apero at Bellinzona Castle. Return to Monte Verità (arrival around 18:30-19:00)
